What are the next steps?

Fees? Well I usually charge £650 per day plus reasonable expenses, with a minimum commission of 2 days normally. Longer term retainers can be separately negotiated. In the event of my helping to introduce new revenue opportunities then a commission arrangement would be separately negotiated up-front based on total billings. Single day speaker opportunities would be charged at £650 plus expenses. All charges VAT exclusive.
