Good Evening, There is a couple of changes to the menu this evening. The Scallop dish has changed slightly. There is no longer mussels in the stew. There will be the addition of Preserved Tomatoes & Alexander Stalks. The Quail dish has changed slightly. There is no longer Girroles. The Bacon Jam is just regular Bacon Jam now. The Deer dish has changed slightly. The Fresh Curds will now just be a Fresh Curd Mouse Dipper in Beetroot Juice. The Mushroom dish on the Alt Menu has Changed. The Tarte Fine has gone. It is now Glazed Lamb Sweetbread, Buckwheat & Smoked Cep. The Mallard has Changed to Duck, The dish is still the same. There is just a Squash Fondant Added.
