Crispy Alexander Leaf will be added to the cod. Alexander’s (Smyrnium olusatrum) is a leafy green vegetable native to the Mediterranean region. It was widely grown and eaten in ancient times, especially by the Romans, before celery became popular. The plant has shiny, aromatic green leaves, with a flavour similar to parsley or celery. It often grows wild along coastal areas in Europe.
