About the Dish

Sabayon sauce

A light, airy French custard sauce made by whisking egg yolks, sugar, and wine over a double boiler until thick and foamy.

In our case, we have added truffle trimming to make it a rich, thick savory sauce.

Lyonnaise

 Lyonnaise onion refers to onions sliced into long, thin strips and lightly caramelized in butter.
